Guided tour
The Secrets of Stevnsfort

Guided tour in the fort
Discover Stevnsfort’s 1.7 kilometer long tunnels in the cliff, 18 meters below the surface and part of the UNESCO World Heritage of Stevns Klint.
The fort was the Baltic Sea’s guardian during the Cold War, designed to protect Denmark and NATO from a potential invasion by the Warsaw Pact. Hear the story from our skilled guide and learn more about the fort’s significance.
A ticket for the guided tour also grants free access to the grounds around Stevnsfort, where you can see missiles, cannons, and radars. You also have the opportunity to join the new tour about the HAWK missiles, which runs once every hour and is included in the ticket. You’re welcome to enjoy packed lunches on benches in the outdoor area.
We recommend buying tickets to guided tous in advance as they can be fully booked due to a limit of 24 visitors per tour. Note that it is only possible to see the underground fort on a guided tour.
Please note that this tour is conducted in English.
