Jesper Milàn, curator at KALK, will participate in Magiske Dage in Haslev with a talk titled“What the Underground Hides.”
The flat landscape of East Zealand may seem peaceful and idyllic, but if we look beyond the surface and venture underground, a dramatic history—dating back many millions of years—of catastrophes, meteorite impacts, and the extinction of the dinosaurs is revealed. But it also holds the story of how life on Earth, as we know it today, came to be.
Come by “Hos Tulle,” Jernbanegade 31 in Haslev, and hear the story.
Note: The lecture can be heard at both 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Duration: about ½ hour.
The event is free.
