www.oesm.dk sells admission tickets and tickets for guided tours at museums under Østsjællands Museer.
Payment options
Østsjællands Museer accepts payment via the following credit cards: Dankort, VISA and Mastercard.
The amount will be charged to your card when an email with order confirmation and tickets is sent from the e-ticket system. You can never withdraw more than the amount you authorized at the time of purchase.
Delivery and tickets
You will receive your tickets via email. To receive your tickets, you must have a valid email address. You do not need to print the ticket, but can simply provide your name and phone number at the reception upon arrival.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases via oesm.dk and the associated ticketing system are binding once the purchase has been approved and payment has been made. There is no right of withdrawal on tickets, cf. section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
Self-guided group tours/Escape Room must be canceled no later than 7 days before the event for a full refund.
Buying an annual pass
It is not possible to buy annual passes via oesm.dk. Instead, annual passes are purchased at the physical museums. The annual pass is personal and may not be used by anyone other than the person whose name is on the pass and cannot be lent or transferred to others. The validity of the annual pass is stated on the card. See all benefits at https://www.oesm.dk/aarskort/
If the annual pass is used by anyone other than the person whose name is on the membership card, it may be confiscated and payment for admission may be required.
Refund
If an event is canceled, you will be contacted by Østsjællands Museer. If possible, the tickets will be exchanged for another event. Otherwise, the ticket price will be refunded. Refunds are made to the credit card used for the purchase. Costs such as shipping, handling, order and ticket fees are not refundable.
Cancellation
An event is canceled if it does not take place.
Changes in program, date or partial completion etc. do not constitute a cancellation and tickets to the event are usually non-refundable. Read more information about the event.
Complaints
Complaints related to events, tours, access and ticket purchases should be directed to museum@oesm.dk
Access to justice
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact museum@oesm.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk.
You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal, which will mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark. You can find the complaint portal here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Fees and charges
Fees for online ticket purchases are clearly stated in connection with the individual ticket purchase. There is no shipping fee for tickets delivered to your email address.
