Well-known musician calls for reflection at Stevnsfortet

One evening, the fort’s rugged corridors, 18 meters below Stevns Klint, offer a unique musical experience that bridges the past and the present.

Experience Noah Rosanes’ interactive reflective concert at Stevnsfortet on April 18. Here, the underground Cold War facility is transformed into a concert and reflection space, where the audience actively contributes to the experience to the sounds of Noah Rosanes’ atmospheric music.

With this reflective concert, Noah Rosanes hopes to create a space for reflection:

“At a time like this, we need to reflect on peace, community, and hope more than ever,” says the artist behind the concert concept.

Before the reflective concert, the audience will hear a brief presentation on the history of Stevns Fort and the role the site played during the Cold War, drawing parallels between the past and the present.

– The current foreign policy situation has brought renewed attention to the fort, and visitors today are asking a different kind of question than they did a few years ago. That is why we are hosting this event, where the fort’s historic corridors provide a unique setting for a shared reflection on war and peace,” says Anders Knudsen, curator at FORT, the organization that oversees Stevnsfortet.

During the reflection concert, the audience can anonymously share their thoughts on topics such as war, peace, and hope, and these contributions will be incorporated into a collective work as part of the concert’s finale.
